Ministry of Land and the Land Use Management Division, together with the China Land Surveying and Planning Institute published this monitoring report. Report showed that about 60% of the nation’s major cities’ comprehensive land chain growth rate is slower than the previous quarter. The changes of residential land prices and comprehensive land prices remained a consistent pace.
