North Korea may be Next US Target for “Revolution” by Special Forces
US and South Korean Special Forces practice cross border guerrilla warfare during the 2014 Foal Eagle exercise. The drills include the infiltration into the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea a.k.a. North Korea and cooperation with an “indigenous opposition”.
In 2011, nsnbc international disclosed the classified US Special Forces Training Circular TC 18-01, which is used for “foreign students”, and forecast the subversion of Syria with stunning accuracy.
The government of the DPRK demands a halt to the Foal Eagle exercises, calling them a serious provocation. The report reveals that the words “serious provocation” are a moderate understatement about the imminent threat of a “Korean Spring”.
Similar exercises were conducted during the April 2013 Foal Eagleexercises under the operational name “Balance Knife 13-1″ ,reports the January 2014 edition of “Special Warfare”, published by the US Army John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center and School.
The magazine reports that US SF unites carried out simulated missions into the DPRK together with the 7th and 11th Republic of Korea Special Forces units, adding that Balance Knife 13-1 focused on how to infiltrate commandos into the DPRK and how to retract them.
Once inside the DPRK, the units focus on building an indigenous resistance organization, reported “Special Warfare”, adding that many South Korean commandos:
“still have family in the North that they may or may not have contact with. (which are) …good for growing strong relationships and transcend NK ideology and can serve as a foundation for the development of a loyal resistance organization”.
The US Special Forces units involved are the Operational Detachment Alpha 1336 and Alpha 1333 of the Army’s Charly Company, 3rd Battalion of the 1st Special Forces Group.
While the magazine promotes the notion that such exercises are being conducted to prepare for worst case scenarios, and attempts to indoctrinate the reader with the idea that the “regime of Kim UnJong- is considerably more unstable than the regime of Kim Jong-Il“, a study of the Training Circular TC 18-01 reveals that the operations aim at destabilization and subversion, rather than at responding to a situation in a country with an unstable regime.
SPECIAL FORCES UNCONVENTIONAL WARFARE – TC 18-01 – Why nsnbc internationalpublished it, and why it is relevant with regards to Korea.
In 2011, nsnbc came into the possession of a copy of the Special Forces Unconventional Warfare Training Circular TC 18.01 via a SF officer who was dissatisfied with the fact, that US troops were used to destabilize Syria in cooperation with radical Islamist terrorist organizations.
The disgruntled SF officer said that a study of the text, which is being used in the training of “foreign students” at the Kennedy Special Warfare Center and School at Ft. Bragg, North Carolina and other facilities, would allow to predict the stages of the subversion of Syria with a high degree of accuracy. The TC 18-01 is so “sensitive” that it is not only “restricted” but contains the “Detsruction Notice”:
“Destroy by any method that will prevent disclosure of contents or the reconstruction of the document”.
We decided to go ahead with publishing the TC 18-01 in full, not because we want to harm the interest or security of any particular nation, in this case the USA, but because the entire “Training Circular TC 18-01″, from beginning to end, encourages citizens of sovereign countries to cooperate with US Special Forces in subversive activities which are in direct violation of the most fundamental principles in international law, including the Charter of the United Nations. The documents states, among others that:
Training Circular (TC) 18-01, Special Forces Unconventional Warfare, defines the current United States (U.S.) Army Special Forces (SF) concept of planning and conducting unconventional warfare (UW) operations. For the foreseeable future, U.S. forces will predominantly engage in irregular warfare (IW) operations. (Emphasis added).
The seemingly harmless statement, that South Korean SF troops may, or may not have family ties in the DPRK ,which could be exploited to establish a particularly loyal resistance organization, gain additional dimensions when reading the TC 18-01 which states:
1-1. The intent of U.S. UW efforts is to exploit a hostile power’s political, military, economic, and psychological vulnerabilities by developing and sustaining resistance forces to accomplish U.S. strategic objectives. Historically, the military concept for the employment of UW was primarily in support of resistance movements during general-war scenarios. While this concept remains valid, the operational
environment since the end of World War II has increasingly required U.S. forces to conduct UW in
scenarios short of general war (limited war).
The TC 18-01 is, so to speak, a complete guidebook that guides collaborators and special forces from the beginning to the end of a process that begins with the assessment of potential dissent, over the manufacturing of dissent into peaceful protests, into aggravating peaceful dissent into violent confrontation, the establishment of the armed resistance organizations to a full blown subversion.
Crucial factors in this process are not, as one may attribute it to a country that boasts of being the vanguard of freedom and democracy, the best interest, the cultural dignity and integrity of a people, social justice, human rights, as one might presume, but:
- Willingness to cooperate with the United States
- Compatible Objectives and Ideology
- Capable Resistance Leadership (which translates into) Planners must consider what the United States is requesting and offering in return from the insurgent’s perspective.
- Can the United States influence the leaders to remain compliant with U.S. goals?
From “Unconventional Warfare Manual” to Abhorrent Reality.
The full bearing and significance of the joint US – South Korean Special Forces training during the 2013 and the 2014 Foal Eagle military maneuvers in and around the Korean peninsula may not transpire unless one studies the full text of the Training Circular 18-01 and then assesses the body of that text within the context of the outcome of wars which have been manufactured by the United States, based on US Special Warfare’s principles.
Belhadj, from Al-Qaeda / LIFG “terrorist” to NATO endorsed “Commander of the Tripoli Military Council and Minister in the post-coup Libyan government”… Edit.Ch/L-nsnbc
Libya – 2009 – 11: US Special Operations teams were on the ground in Libya from approximately 2009, establishing ties with, among others, Abdelhakim Belhadj, the leader of the Al-Qaeda associated Libyan Islamic Fighting Group, and his second in command, Mahd Harati.
Preparations for the so-called “Arab Spring” began in Libya, predominantly in the cities of Derna and Bengazi, and for good reason.
A study, conducted by the US military academy at West Point, titled “Al Qa´ida’s Foreign Fighters in Iraq”concluded that Libya was the greatest per capita contributor of foreign Al-Qaeda fighters in Iraq, and that most Al-Qaeda members in Libya were located in Derna, Begazi. The full text of the West Point “anti-terrorism” study has been added to the nsnbc archives and can be accessed HERE.
Before the US manufactured subversion, the United Nations Development Index nominated Libya as the most developed nation on the African continent. Education, including higher education was free of charge. Everybody had the right to free health care and a home. Newly wed couples were given grants from the government, which was sufficient to provide a good, solid start for the new family. None of these public goods are available in the USA.
The US – led subversion of Libya and the ensuing war, with participation of Al-Qaeda mercenaries from more than 20 different countries and special forces from the USA, Qatar, Italy and other core NATO member states, cost the lives of tens of thousands.
The abhorrent war was documented a the book, edited by the former US Congresswoman Cynthia McKinney, titled “The Illegal War On Libya”.
Today, poverty, ethnic and religious violence, oppression of women, a barbaric and antiquated law system, and other evils, which had been unheard of in Libya for decades, have become endemic again.
The former “terrorist” Abdelhakim Belhadj, who according to the former Spanish Prime Minister José Aznar was the mastermind behind the Madrid Train bombings, has since become the NATO supported Commander of the Tripoli Military Council and a minister within the post -”revolution” government of Libya.
2009 – 2011 Syria: In 2011, the already mentioned US Special Forces officer stated to nsnbc, that Special Forces Units had been operating on the ground in Syria for a considerable amount of time already.
In 2013, the former French Foreign Minister, Roland Dumas, appeared on the French TV channel LPC and admitted that top-British officials had approached him, two years before the first peaceful protests erupted in Syria, and asked him if he wanted to participate in subverting Syria with the help of “Rebels”. Dumas said: (the audio is available in the nsnbc international archives).
“I am going to tell you something. I was in England two years before the violence in Syria on other business. I met with top British officials, who confessed to me, that they were preparing something in Syria. … This was in Britain not in America. Britain was organizing an invasion of rebels into Syria. They even asked me, although I was no longer Minister of Foreign Affairs, if I would like to participate. Naturally, I refused, I said I am French, that does not interest me. … This operation goes way back. It was prepared, preconceived and planned… in the region, it is important to know that this Syrian regime has a very anti-Israeli stance. … Consequently, everything that moves in the region…- and I have this from a former Israeli Prime Minister who told me, we will try to get on with our neighbors but those who don’t agree with us will be destroyed. It is a type of politics, a view of history, why not after all. But one should know about it”.
In 2013, the United Nations concluded that the war on Syria, thus far, had cost more than 110.000 lives. By early 2014, some 40 percent of the civilian population of Syria has been displaced by the fighting between the Syrian Arab Army and civil defense units on one side, and mercenary forces under the banners of the Muslim Brotherhood and Al-Qaeda, some of the euphemistically described as belonging to a “Free Syrian Army”.
The criminality of the subversion by “Special Forces” in Unconventional Warfare”, as described in the TC 18-01, is probably best exemplified by a detailed report about the use of chemical weapons by the Saudi Arabia and US controlled Al-Qaeda brigade Liwa-al-Islam, on 21 August 2013, in the East Ghouta suburb of the Syrian capital Damascus.
The report, published in nsnbc international under the title “Top US and Saudi Officials responsible for Chemical Weapons in Syria”, establishes beyond reasonable doubt that the chemical weapons attack was a special operation, carried out under the direct command and political responsibility of top US and Saudi officials.
Is it justified that the government of the DPRK demands a halt to the Foal Eagle exercises, calling them a “serious provocation”. Are the government and the military of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea overreacting when they call the 2014 Foal Eagle exercises a “serious provocation” and demands that the USA halts the drills? Is it an exaggeration when the head of state of the DPRK warns against an “unimaginable holocaust”?
Libyan Rebels Killing Black Africans
Those who would be best to judge the veracity of the warning about an unimaginable holocaust would be the survivors of the ethnic cleansing of entire cities in Libya. The 20.000 black African Libyan citizens in Tawergha who were murdered by NATO and Gulf Cooperation Council mercenaries who fought under Al-Qaeda banners. They may agree that the comparison between the results of US Special Forces Unconventional Warfare can be compared to a holocaust.
The question could be posed to the millions of displaced Syrian citizens who have lost their homes and in many cases, many of their loved ones. Many of them will testify that they have been displaced by Islamist radicals who are fighting under the banners of Al-Qaeda and the Muslim Brotherhood, whose clerics have justified the rape of women before murdering them. The question could be posed to any of the victims who survived the onslaught of a core NATO member financed mercenary corps, and who can testify that the result of the implementation of the United States Special Warfare equates to terror.
The spokesman of the Committee for the Peaceful Reunification of Korea (CPRK) said in a statement to the DPRK’s news agency KCNA:
“We sternly warn the US and the South Korean authorities to stop the dangerous military exercises which may push the situation on the peninsula and the north-south ties to a catastrophe”.
Western state and corporate controlled media, if they cover such statements at all, describe them as bellicose or exaggerated. Propaganda, designed to dehumanize an entire people and to vilify their government and defense forces will make the front page instead.
The victims will be portrayed as the perpetrators, and make no mistake, the victims will be Koreans, in the North and in the South of the country, while the United States, despite warnings from several UN Secretary Generals, continues to illegally and illegitimately brandish the UN name for it’s UNified command in Korea as if it had legitimacy.
