His comments came as he inspected North Korea’s main military institute. He cited instability surrounding his country as the reason behind his remarks.
U.S. President Joe Biden, however, has said that he is open for talks with Vladimir Putin’s ally and also lauded Japan’s initiative to host leader-to-leader summit with Kim.
