“Sino-German network comparative study of commodity trading regulation” was jointly issued by SAIC (State Administration for Industry and Commerce) Market Regulation Division, China Industrial and Commercial Association, and the German International Cooperation Agency (GIZ). The report said that it would establish a national network information platform for monitoring commodity trading in order to reduce the online shopping risk.
The report took six months to complete by three Chinese experts and four Germany experts.
The report stated that new regulatory measures needed to group buy, because the product quality, web reputation, service and payment security and other issues were the most worried by consumers.
SAIC said that it would took three years to build the national network information platform for commodity trading regulation, which is a national network but internal platform, and gradually establish the seller’s true information and credit history.
If some disputes happened between buyers and sellers in different provinces, it could be achieve national linkage process through the platform.
