South Koreans Grovel and “SAY UNCLE” In Full Cry Again

Here goes againS. Koreans grovel, kowtow, moan, say sorry,’ cry Uncle’ for mercy in unison with all the voices of deep sorrow, repentance, fear, reverence, prayers, and with all the instruments of dances, drumbeats, theatrics to show their sorry states umpteenth times nakedly, abashedly, and abundantly totheir over half-a-century neo-feudal overload, Uncle Sam, at the Gate of Imperial US EMBASSY in Seoul. “We, the serfs in thrall to the US Empire, prostrate on all four and wait for your punishment, Sir!”

MERCY! MERCY! MERCY! PITY ON US, OUR LORD! AMEN! HALELLUYIAH AMEN!

The above-described scenes were not an opera-bouffe acted by a group of professional singers or performers at the grand theatre in the Vienna…the theatric scenes were as unique as you could only enjoy observing in reality in a nation called the Republic of Korea a.k.a. South Korea when one of S. Korean nationalist knifed the face of the US Ambassador to Seoul in a revenge attack against the US role to interdict the Korean-wishes of N/S unification movement. The culprit was angry and distraught with the beginning of US-S. KOREAN Joint Military Exercise that provokes the N. Korea’s anger inviting various unnecessary tensions/resentment/provocation/tit-for-tat conflicts between two Koreas.

During the police interrogation, the lone wolf clearly replied at the police inquiry as follows…

1.There have been absolutely no great/respectful political leaders (Presidents) in the South.

2.The Republic of Korea (South Korea) has been a vassal state in thrall to the US Empire.

3.The DPRK (North Korea) is solely an independent/sovereign nation.

And he stated that he did not want to kill the Ambassador but to warn him about the US interference in a possible talk between two Koreas, with an eye to highlight his attack in order to attract the worldwide attention.

In response to the slashing the face of the US Ambassador, the South Korean Government extended an unlimited/overwhelming contrition to its ally-cum-lord Uncle Sam, with an assertion that the culprit would be charged with the violation of infamous National Security Law, and a garden variety of the neo-con organizations/old veterans/deserter-turned-gangsters from the North/Christian fundamentalistsran amok to denounce the culprit as a traitor/radical/extremist/fanatic to be hanged.

And the President of the nation paid a hurried visit to the hospital where the Uncle Sam was recuperating as soon as she returned from the overseas tour, while the brother-in-law of the President was prostrating on a mat in front of the hospital waiting for the punishment from their overlord Uncle Sam…the in-law’s practice was a carbon-copy of a histrionic way to show an abject surrender to the king’s authority (I am the Law) in the feudalistic Dynasty, in which a serf was being stretched out in the form of a spread eagle for a flogging upon the bare mounds of one’s buttock.

Koreans have been historically subjected and therefore accustomed to ‘cry uncle’ all their life to their neighboring countries in order to be left alone as a ‘unique nation’, first to China, then Japan, and now Uncle Sam who keeps an extraterritorial military garrison in the peninsula for over half a century…a nation unique in surviving in the sea of powerful nations, as if a shrimp gets always its back broken while whales fight.

Korea was a small country with a ‘unique culture’ that was no threat whatsoever to any of their neighbors and became the victim of devastating casualties that caused by great power rivalry.

The Neo-colonial Boss calls a regional Capo on the carpet and rakes over the coals.

The Korean War in 1950s was one of the most recent calamities to the Koreans that the powerful nations vied for the military control of the Korean peninsula. The Korean War is the most forgotten/least understood conflict fought by Americans just few years after the World War II…and the scale of destruction by the US bombings in the northern part was so intense/devastating that nothing worthy of targets were left for further bombing between Yalu River and 38th parallel at the end of the war.

In the Northern region, there were no distinction between soldiers and civilians…any moving objects were a bombing target by the Allied Air Forces bombardment indiscriminately. (During my tour to the North in 2012, I was shocked to find the hundreds of exhibits at the museum at Shin-chun County where innocent/old/children/civilians got executed en masse.)

In other words, for Americans during the War there was neither distinction between S/N. Koreans nor combatants/civilians…Koreans were categorized as ‘GOOKS’ in toto…as if in Vietnam War, Americans had no reason to distinguish between Northern Ho Chi Minh  and Southern Ngo Dinh Diem.

Today, S. Korea is a place where the narcissistic/overindulgent young people idolize the US culture/mores of dog-eat-dog capitalist society and became a totally oblivious nation on the atrocious past history.

Gone are the days of mass rally/street demonstrations by the college students…instead they  rush to the cram school to learn English language in order to get into the job-market that promises their comfortable life at the expenses of poor ne’er-do-well dropouts.

Uncle Sam’s cowboy culture were immersed so intensely into the brains/bodies of younger generation that it’s more difficult to locate a traditional-looking/thinking young S. Korean boys/girls than to excavate a pearl in the pig-pen. The old gangs of neo-cons/Vietnam Vets/ leftover ghosts of MacCarthites are fiercely/emphatically grateful over the American Korean-War Veterans as the Saviors of the nation.

Now, the sycophant/toady leader from the main opposition party reads what S. Korean people (Sheeple) have in mind…he recently endorsed the no-end-in-sight occupation of the USFK (United States Forces in Korea) in the peninsula even after the unification of two Koreas.

For Americans, the status-quo in the region (a divided Korea) is surely favorable/God-send to their hegemonic strategy of ‘Full Spectrum Dominion” providing a rationale for remaining permanently in the peninsula as the balancing power(read as a strategic command post when Uncle Sam wants to interdict the Chinese hegemony in the region after the US lost China (ironically) to Chinese in 1949).

And the culprit who slashed the Ambassador’s face was absolutely correct/intuitive to believe that Uncle Sam is liable in hampering a tete-a-tete between two Koreas.

Someone says as follows:

1. An extremist is someone who defends his country against the foreign invaders.

2. A radical is someone who takes democracy seriously.

3. A political fanatic is someone who challenges the mainstream consensus.

4. A traitor is someone who makes a pledge of allegiance written in blood to the colonial Emperor and joined the colonial army as an officer to fight against the partisan guerrilla army in the national independence warfare.

The culprit belongs clearly to the categories from 1 to 3 that the S. Korean Sheeple correctly quoted him…then who is a traitor?

A picture is worth a thousand words…the assassinated military dictator-cum-President-for-life, the loving father of current Prez of S. Korea in a Second Lieutenant uniform of Japanese Imperial Army. Does he belong to the category 4? You decide
