The State Administration of Taxation (SAT) announced an article on three questions of new personal income tax law on its official website yesterday afternoon, following forged governmental tax document. The article illustrates the calculation of taxpayers’ year-end awards, but the method is different from previous algorithm.
For the problem, Jin Dongsheng, deputy director of Tax Research Division of SAT, said that the taxable algorithm should be in accordance with the past before new algorithm published.
In addition, it’s unclear that the SAT has been reported or not for fake announcement of Tax document in the name of SAT.
On Tuesday, esnai.com clarified that an internet user published the forged governmental tax document on its website. Although the website belongs to an earlier source, it isn’t the first one, while the internet user more released the document on shui5.cn earlier. However, esnai.com caused more attention and reproduced because of greater impact.
At the moment, esnai.com and shui5.cn all publish an apology for their mistakes.
