Plans for both large scale chemical weapons use and a major military campaign against Syria have been known since June. Three reports, published on nsnbc international on 29 June and 7 July and 11 July already detailed the planned attack, including the large scale use of chemical weapons in an attempt to justify renewed calls for humanitarian corridors, a no-fly-zone and a military intervention.
Western corporate and state funded media failed to report on the evidence. The disclosure of the plans already in June and July, discredits the coming aggression against Syria, by yet another “coalition of the willing” as an additional NATO aggression, based on lies, propaganda, and deception.

On 29 June 2013,nsnbc international published a report with the title ” Major Regional Military Campaign against Syria in August – September “. The report stated, among other:
A Palestinian nsnbc correspondent in Jordan reported, that the additional 300 US Special Forces, which have remained in Jordan after a regional military exercise a month ago, who are stationed in and near the Jordanian city al-Mafraq, are involved in training foreign insurgents, including insurgents with ties to al-Qaeda associated organizations, in special operations.
Special operations are reportedly being prepared, with the intention to target high-profile political and military targets in Syria, in support of a major military push against Syria in August and September.
The Palestinian nsnbc correspondent reports, that staff, following US Secretary of State, John Kerry, on his Middle East visit, has been taking part in talks with Israeli, Jordanian and Turkish diplomats, military, and intelligence experts, to discuss the coordination of the assault on Syria from a Jordanian, Israeli and Turkish front.
On 7 July 2013, nsnbc international published a second report under the title ” Syrian “Opposition” Prepares Political and Military August / September Campaign“. The report states, among others:
An nsnbc source with close ties to the intelligence service of a Syria – based Palestinian faction reports, that there are strong indications for a preparation of a renewed military campaign against Syria in August or September 2013, and that it is highly probable, that Western, Arab and Israeli Forces will be playing an active role. The current, relative calm in Syria is reportedly deceptive and tied to attempts to increase the different insurgent forces and militia´s interoperability, communication, and the attempt to build a more centralized command and liaison structure.
Armed forces seized an improvised chemical weapons factory in the suburbs of Damascus. Many of the chemicals were from Saudi Arabia.
On 11 July, nsnbc international published a report under the title ” UN Inspectors accept the Syrian Invitation after Russian Pressure and Seizure of Massive Chemical Depot from Opposition”. The report explicitly states that analysts expect that chemical weapons were to be used during the planned campaign in August and September, to establish an apparent pretext for an intervention. The report states, among others:
The Syrian government reiterated its Russian-backed demand for a full investigation of every single case of chemical weapons use in Syria by an independent commission of experts, including Russian experts. The Syrian government has also demanded a full investigation into the seizure of the 281 barrels with chemicals in Banias, Tartus. Analysts expect that the chemicals cache was established with the intention to mount chemical weapons attacks during a military campaign, which the opposition plans to mount in August and September, and that catastrophic chemical weapons attacks should have been used as a pretext for renewed calls for a no-fly-zone and a direct foreign military “intervention” or aggression against Syria.
The Syrian Arab Army seized 281 barrels with chemicals from insurgents at a farm in Banias, Tartus.
Already a day before, on 10 July, nsnbcinternational published another report which explicitly warned, that large scale chemical weapons use was planned by the foreign-backed opposition and members of the international alliance of nations which are supporting the militants. The report from 10 July stated, among others:
The discovery of the chemical stockpile, which according to official Syrian sources were sufficient to wipe out an entire city, if not the entire country, followed a recent intelligence report that states, that the current, relativemilitary calm was due to the insurgents preparation of weapons caches throughout Syria, in preparation of a renewed military campaign in August – September 2013.
The Palestinian intelligence source also stated to nsnbc, that the election of the new opposition leader, the Saudi-Arabia backed Jaber, was part of preparations for a concurrent political campaign with renewed demands for a no-fly zone, chemical weapons inspections throughout Syria, the establishment of humanitarian corridors and other political pressure to support the renewed military onslaught.
The information from the Palestinian intelligence source was subsequently corroborated, when it became known that high-level intelligence representatives from Saudi-Arabia, Qatar, Turkey, the USA, France and Britain had held a secret meeting at the British Embassy in Ankara, Turkey, to prepare for a renewed campaign against Syria.
nsnbc international editor-in-chief, Christof Lehmann called several Western and Arab mainstream media, pointing towards the reports, stressing, that their journalists could contact nsnbc international for additional information. None of the media which were contacted responded. All of them omitted the fact that a major political and military campaign was planned in August and September, and that large scale chemical weapons use should serve as a pretext for calling for a military intervention against Syria.
The Role of the Chairman of the U.S. Joint Chiefs of Staff, Army General Martin Dempsey. The author of the earlier and of the present report finds it inconceivable, that the U.S. Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Army General Martin Depmsey, has not been informed and payedan active and central role in the preparation of the aggression against Syria in August and September, including the use of chemical weapons to establish apparent legitimacy for the illegal aggression.

On 21 July, nsnbc international reported that the U.S. Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Army General Martin Dempsey had stated to the U.S. Senate´s Armed Services Committee, that the USA is preparing kinetic action against Syria. The report, which was published under the title ” Top US General, “US is Preparing Kinetic Strilkes against Syria”, states, among others:
The United States highest-ranking military officer, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, General Martin Dempsey, has said that the USA is deliberating whether it should or should not use military force in Syria, and that various scenarios, including “kinetic strikes” are being prepared.
The information correlates with recent intelligence, according to which US Special Forces in Jordan are training “rebels” for ground assistance during U.S. air raids against high profile military and political targets in Syria. A major, internationally backed, political and military campaign against Syria is expected in August and September.
During a hearing at the U.S. Senate´s Armed Services Committee on Thursday, the U.S. Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Gen. Martin Dempsey, said that the Obama administration is preparing various scenarios for a possible U.S. military intervention in Syria, and considering whether the USA should use “the brute of the U.S. military, and kinetic strikes”. “The issue”, said Gen. Dempsey, “is under deliberation inside of our agencies of government”…………….
The Obama administration has previously stated, that the use of chemical weapons would be a “red line” and trigger an intervention. Other U.S. officials have recently reiterated, that it is not unlikely, that the U.S.A. would implement a no-fly-zone above Syria, using Jordanian air bases.
The Palestinian intelligence source also reported to nsnbc, that the foreign-backed insurgents in Syria were preparing arms caches throughout Syria , in preparation of a major military campaign in August and September. The source stated, that large-scale chemical weapons attacks should be used as a pretext for calls for the implementation of a no-fly-zone, the establishment of humanitarian corridors, and ultimately, a foreign military intervention.

After the onset of major military operations in the northern, predominantly Kurdish region of Syria,nsnbc international published a report under title “August – September War in Syria has begun. 30.000 flee Kurdish Region”. The report was published on 20 August, and relates, among others, to the role of the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. The report states, among others:
On 15 August 2013 the official website of the US Department of Defense (DoD) reported, that the US Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Army General Martin E. Dempsey has “capped a four-day Middle East trip with a visit to deployed U.S. troops partnering with Jordanian forces”.
According to the DoD, the USA has deployed some 200 plus troops in Jordan under the U.S. Central Command Forward, Jordan, which is a deployed element that coordinates between U.S. and Jordanian forces.
Moreover, the USA has deployed staff of U.S. organizations, including the U.S. Agency for International Development, the U.S. State Department, as well as roughly 1.000 members of the U.S. Army, Marines, Navy and Air Force in Jordan.
The DoD also informs, that “The team Jordan also includes liaison officers linking them to the services, special operation forces, the U.S. Embassy in Jordan, USAID, Britain, Canada and France. Its primary focus is planning for Syria”.
The appearance of the United States´ Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, General Martin E. Dempsey in Jordan coincided with a major weapons delivery from Saudi Arabia to insurgents in Syria. On 18 August, nsnbc international reported, that a major weapons delivery from Saudi Arabia has recently been provided for armed terrorist groups in Southern Syria. Both the “Syrian Opposition” and Western diplomatic and intelligence sources admitted, that the weapons delivery via Saudi Arabia has taken place in direct coordination with U.S. Intelligence. The arms deliveries reportedly include sophisticated weaponry such as Russian built Konkurs anti-tank missiles. Reportedly, some of the weapons, including the anti-tank missiles have already been smuggled into Syria.
The onset of the long-planned August / September military campaign in the southern part of Syria is by many analysts expected to take place soon. Earlier this year,nsnbc International published a report, based on a Palestinian intelligence source, who reported that approximately 300 U.S. Special Forces are training insurgents in the region around the Jordanian Border town al-Mafraq.
The U.S. Special Forces are reportedly training the insurgents in operations such as “the safe handling of captured chemical weapons”. (Emphasis added)
Aggression against Syria, which could begin as early as Thursday, 29 August, a long-prepared war crime, based on a “false flag” operation. The planned aggression against Syria, which may involve the USA, UK, France, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Turkey and Israel, may already begin tomorrow, Thursday 29 August 2013. As the reports, published on nsnbc international demonstrate, it will be an illegal aggression which has been planned long in advance. Moreover, it is one more aggression that is based on the standard NATO “False Flag Strategy”.
With or without a concurrent vote of all permanent members of the U.N. Security Council, it will be a crime against peace. Moreover, during the preparation of the planned crime against peace, the perpetrators have committed several, demonstrable war crimes. Any additional aggression against Syria will be an additional war crime.
U.S. Stalling Geneva 2 while aiding militants. U.S. Not exempt from full accountability. In March 2013, during his visit to Moscow, U.S. Secretary of State, John Kerry stated, that he would work towards holding the international conference onSyria, also known as Geneva 2, as soon as possible. Since then, the USA, the EU, the most active anti-Syrian EU members Britain and France, as well as Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Turkey and Israel, have done everything but facilitating a political solution by supporting the political and armed opposition in its rejection of the Geneva 2 conference as long as the militants have not won the upper hand in the military theater.
Already in February 2013, the Russian UN Ambassador, Vitaly Churkin, stressed that the USA is not exempt from responsibility for war crimes, saying:
“The US-announcement not to arm the opposition in Syria does not absolve the USA from its full responsibility for what is taking place in Syria or the practices of the opposition”….
“It is possible that the US began to realize, before other western allies, that the events in Syria had reached a critical juncture as the scenario of bringing down the Syrian leadership and achieve democracy in two years proved to be unrealistic and far from the real situation in the country”. . …..

The former French Minister of Foreign Affairs appeared in a TV interview with the French TV Channel LPC, saying:
“I am going to tell you something. I was in England two years before the violence in Syria on other business. I met with top British officials, who confessed to me, that they were preparing something in Syria”.
Dumas continued, indicating that the subversion and invasion of the Syrian Arab Republic with the help of “rebels” was primarily a British plan, while he carefully avoided implicating himself and France, saying:
“This was in Britain not in America. Britain was organizing an invasion of rebels into Syria. They even asked me, although I was no longer Minister of Foreign Affairs, if I would like to participate. Naturally, I refused, I said I am French, that does not interest me”
Letting alone the potentially catastrophic consequences for the region, and the impact, which the development of a regional war is bound to have on global security and the global economy, i.e. the risk for a permanent backwardation of the gold market and a currency war that would grind global trade to a hold, it is of the utmost importance to recall, that any of the war crimes which will be committed under a military aggression against Syria fall under the provision of the Nuremberg Principles.
