Recently, a fake SAT document on tax, named “NO.47 Notice”, has caused great concern in China. Two website, esnai.com and shui5.cn, all publish an apology for earlier releasing the fake document. But the two websites explained that they are victims.
However, who forged the “NO.47 Notice”?
It is found that the fake document was published on Tianya Forum as early as July 27, but it was hotly discussed after 16 days. Currently, it is the most earliest related content on the website. The post was clicked 100 times up to 11 pm last night, no other users replied.
The fake document in the name of SAT succeeded in cheating a bunch of media such as CCTV and Xinhua for three days. SAT finally issued a statement that the document was forged on August 15.
SAT was criticized for slow response. According to Oriental Morning Post, SAT explained that they were on weekend holidays so they didn’t know that until Monday.
When the fake document was published on esnai.com on August 12, some internet users pointed out professional errors in the document. But the website didn’t remove it because of the rules of the website. In fact, it was deleted in the morning on August 13, but the withdrawal is canceled at night because of large media’s reports.
